Amazon’s Arlington campus includes direct access to public transportation; bike-friendly access; sustainable, LEED Platinum-certified buildings; and 1.1 acres of new public open space designed for a variety of uses, including a dog park, recreation areas, farmers markets, and more. Arlington is just minutes away from downtown Washington, D.C.
Herndon is located in western Fairfax County, Virginia, near Washington, D.C. and Amazon’s HQ2 in Arlington. The closest town to the National Air and Space Museum’s Stephen F. Udvar-Hazy Center, Herndon boasts more than 100 restaurants as well as recreational activities including parks, hiking trails, golf, and a variety of free concerts and special events on Herndon’s Town Green.
